Booth Day-Of Quick Reference

Setup Checklist

• Kiosk device charged & screen brightness up, dashboard device charged separately
• Kiosk open to the quiz link, dashboard open to the live results page
• Dashboard "Alerts: On" toggle enabled and volume up
• Posters/flyers taped up with QR code visible at eye level
• Printed lead sheet on hand as a wifi-fails fallback

The Flow, In One Glance

Visitor scans QR → picks a topic card → answers 2–3 quick tap questions → enters name/phone/email (+ checks "talk now" if interested) → sees confirmation. Entry shows up on the dashboard within ~12 seconds.

Quick Openers

• "Want your free 60-second financial score? Just scan and tap through."
• "No forms to fill out — just tap your answers on the screen."
• "Today's giveaway entry is built right into the quiz."

Topics Covered

If Someone Checks "Talk Now"

• Watch/listen for the red banner + beep on the dashboard — it names them and their venue
• Walk over and introduce yourself within a few minutes, while it's fresh
• Reference their topic (e.g. "I saw you're curious about your old 401k...")

If Wifi Fails

• Switch to the printed lead sheet — collect name, phone, email, and topic by hand
• Enter these into the kiosk later once connection is back, so they're in the giveaway/dashboard

End of Event

• Open the dashboard, click "Pick A Winner" for the giveaway drawing
• Export the CSV of all entries before packing up
• Follow up with every "talk now" entry within 24–48 hours
